I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the outstanding service you provided us with last week. Edwin is a fantastic Dive Master and is a good safe diver.

We had a terrific time diving. Edwin did a great job and we had a nice long bottom time. We were actually in Cozumel twice - we were scheduled to go to Costa Maya on Thursday, June 7 and could not dock because of high winds, so we came back to Coz for the afternoon. We also dove in Roatan, and were really disappointed with the dive operation there; so much so that my daughter, who is the most experienced, would not do a second dive with the operation. We just kept saying "well, Albatros does this, and Albatros does that, and Albatros would never do this," etc.
Thanks again for helping us set this up. It worked out great.

First of all, thanks for everything you did to make our family's first dive vacation such a success. Despite the fact that I was not able to do all the dives, we all enjoyed our trip immensely. We are very grateful to you for all you did.
I sent a long email to one of the teachers at Anne's school (the one who organizes the dive classes). He'll be taking a small group of guys to Cozumel in June. I gave him your names and info and HIGHLY recommended that he dive with you. I hope you hear from him.

I will not soon forget the service that you & Felipe provided to me. I'm telling everyone I know how great Albatros Charters is for both diving & fishing excursions. I'm back home in California now & I've completed all my dives, diving with you in Cozumel & talking about the city of Cozumel during my surface interval was very informative.
I will be planning my next vacation to Cozumel to dive/fish with Albatros Charters & this time I will hopefully have lots of friends with me !!!

The boat crew was excellent and the Dive Master, ended up being the best dive master that we have ever had. He was very concerned about safety (that was always his first concern.). He also showed us every creature he could find and he was very good at finding the most unusual creatures. Sea horses, sharks, little fish, etc. The diving was wonderful.

Just got back and folks are asking what was the highlight of our cruise. It's easy -- the trip you guys custom-fitted for us in Cozumel. I really enjoyed a great, no-hassle wall approach dive (tropicals, corals, morays galore in gin-clear water) with Rita as my personal underwater guide, while the kids took a snorkel safari with the crew as Mom took a break. Jeremy, Heather and Alexia loved it so much they didn't want to leave. But we had to, to start a super fishing trip for the rest of the day that hooked us up to some fast barracuda action. Meanwhile, the attentive gang kept all in quesadillas, fresh fruit and beverages, including Coronas for Dad. Then all to soon back to the pier and time for a shopping trek back to the cruise ship Holiday.
Albatros flies high with us!

I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you thank you for the scuba lessons. We had a great time. I couldn't imagine a better first experience. I can't wait to get our pictures back. We enjoyed our boat experinece the rest of the day - we even got to do a little fishing.

i would just like to say thank you so much. it was really good to meet such a warm person. although I didn't quite get the hang of snorkeling because i am really afraid of the water it was a very good experience. one that i will try again.

Thank you for the wonderful diving I had a great time. We did not do to good fishing, but we had a good time anyway the couple that went with us had never been out on a boat for fishing and were very happy!
