“People ask why should I care about the ocean?
Because the ocean is the cornerstone of earth’s life support system,

34. Obviously I caught the above image mid production. As it is aerial mural, there is no plaque with information on the artist.

When I first saw this getting painted I was unaware of the Sea Wall Project.

 

I circled back and got a finished photo with the signature, too. I wonder if the artist likes the effect the rain caused?
