The Allegro Cozumel all inclusive resort package is an ideal location for the diver looking for fast, easy access to Palancar reef, a postcard-perfect beach, and a family-friendly sprawling property. The property is located to the far south of Cozumel, which means you are about a 15 minute car ride from the city center. The bad news on this front is that means you need a motor vehicle to get anywhere that is off-resort. The good news is your boat rides to the dive sites is often less than 5 minutes once onboard. If you are easily prone to getting seasick than this should be a highly attractive location for you.

The property itself is tucked into a thick Caribbean jungle edged up against turquoise waters. Lush green vegetation abounds with flowers everywhere. The grounds are massive and well manicured, as is typical of Caribbean resorts. The thatch roof dwellings complete the Caribbean laid back vibe. And of course the onsite pier makes it easy for us to pick you up. This is a hard to beat Cozumel all inclusive dive resort.

The beach at Allegro Cozumel is also everything you dream of when you think of Caribbean postcard beaches. Clean, soft, expansive beach that you can walk all day or night. It is wildly recognized as one of the best Caribbean beaches and perhaps the best of Mexico. Besides the obvious sand castles and swimming, the beach makes any water sports activity a breeze. However, in front of Allegro Cozumel is mostly sand and sea grass unless you swim far offshore. This doesn’t make for the best snorkeling. If you are an avid snorkeler, we highly suggest you carry some sort of surface marker device. There can be a lot of boat traffic out front of this resort an for safety concerns it is best that boat captains can easily see you.

Allegro Cozumel Accommodations

The Allegro Resort Cozumel offers a number of room choices to choose from. The Superior Room (29m^2) is the base level which our listed price is based upon. King bed standard or choice of two double beds, plus a balcony with hammock. Taking a step up to the Superior Swimming Pool View will reward you with a nice view of the pools, but otherwise is the same accommodations as the Superior Room. The Premium Level Superior is again the same room, but you gain access to the Santa Rosa Lounge with a self-service bar, plus other small upgrades like a DVD player, minibar restocked daily, and bathrobes. All these rooms can sleep up to 4 adults.

If you are looking for more space, you should consider the Premium Level Suite. At double the space (58m^2) and an open design room, you will have plenty of room to spread out. The room also comes with King Bed (two beds is not an option, although a roll-away cot is available), plus a hot tub. If you like the sound of the extra room but need more than a King Bed, the Family Garden View might be your best option. Also at 58m^2, the double-room suite has a King Bed in the Master Suite, plus two double beds in the adjacent room. Six adults can stay in the Family Garden View.

Bring the Whole Family

Finally, the Family Suite is the largest accommodation available at the Allegro Cozumel. At 116m^2, you will have plenty of space for the whole family. There are two bedrooms – one with a King bed and the other two double beds. The bedrooms are connected by a central sitting area. The suite also has two bathrooms. Up to 6 adults can share this room.

Food & Drink at Allegro Resort Cozumel

The Allegro Cozumel all inclusive dive resort spoils you with five different restaurants and five different bars and five different pools (holy cow!). Yes, they really try to spoil your desire for food, drinks, and entertainment. Breakfast starts at 6am, a perfect schedule for the diver looking for our morning boats. Dinner is served starting at 6pm and served until 9:30pm but the sports bar remains open until 1:30am for late night snacking. Lunch begins at 11am throughout the resort beach bars and pool bars.

Or Mio Sole is an Italian-influenced restaurant available for dinner only. Reservations are required so don’t forget to sort that upon your arrival. La Palapa is open-air dining for lunch, buffet style. Topaz is open for both breakfast and lunch and serves a varied menu sure to please even the picky eaters. Because all the best all-inclusives have an Asian restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill, the Allegro Cozumel gives you Fuji. Available for dinner only, and again reservations are required. Ready for the Mexican fare? Dinner at Cielito Lindo is calling your name. Once again, reservations required.

The bars include the customary beach bar, two sports bars, and the Disco bar which features a live DJ. And naturally, the pool area also has its own bars. The bars will serve as late as 1:30am.

When you are diving with Salty Endeavors all we ask you to do is show up on schedule. Our staff will have your gear ready on the boat before you arrive. From there you simply backroll onto the magical coral reefs of Cozumel and enjoy your dive. After dive one our staff will swap your air tank, plus have a dry towel and fresh fruit ready for you. Then again all you have to do is fall backwards into the water for us. After dive two we’ll drop you Allegro Cozumel. Our staff will clean, dry, and safely secure your gear and have it ready to go for your next dive trip.

Allegro Cozumel Pier Pick-up

Allegro Cozumel has a beautiful pier at water’s edge which is perfect for our pick ups. Just steps down the beach you can step onto our boat and get whisked away to the incredible reefs of Cozumel.
