Notes: It was nice to welcome the Parson’s back to the boat and we did so properly – off to Colombia we went for dive one. It never disappoints – clear water, massive coral pinnacles, and snow white sand littered with rays.

Site: Montanes
Max Depth: 57 feet
Dive Time: 59 minutes
Key Animals: Octopus, trio of turtles
Weather: Can’t ask for much better!
Visibility: 80-100 feet
Water Temp: 79 degrees
Notes: A change of pace to the dramatic pinnacles of Colombia, dive two was Montanes. It rewarded us with a nice comfortable hour-long drift across many schools of fish and the obligatory turtle sightings. Plus of course that darn octopus that always comes to say hello!
