The Secrets Aura Cozumel is a fantastic resort and dive package. This is an adults-only resort, so you can relax knowing little Jimmy won’t be interrupting your romantic holiday getaway. This is a large property that is easy to get lost on, plus it is adjacent to its sister resort the Sunscape Sabor. Please be aware you can easily wander onto Sunscape. Not there is anything wrong wit that, but it is a family-friendly resort. You might bump into children!
All rooms at Secrets Aura Cozumel come with a terrace or balcony to take in the Caribbean breezes. Additionally rooms come with a varied options such as ocean view, rooftop solarium, lap pools, and swim-up pool access. A total of five (yes, 5!) restaurants are on property combined with three bars ensure you never go hungry or thirsty. In addition to the spa and fitness room guests will fall in love with the three outdoor freshwater pools. One pool gets lively with foam parties or similar, while another pool is always quiet hour.Good stuff!
San Francisco Beach
The beach at Secrets Cozumel is also everything you dream of when you think of Caribbean postcard beaches. Clean, soft, expansive beach that you can walk all day or night. It is wildly recognized as one of the best Caribbean beaches and perhaps the best of Mexico. Besides the obvious sand castles and swimming, the beach makes any water sports activity a breeze. However, in front of Secrets Cozumel is mostly sand and sea grass unless you swim far offshore. This doesn’t make for the best snorkeling. If you are an avid snorkeler, we highly suggest you carry some sort of surface marker device. There can be a lot of boat traffic out front of this resort an for safety concerns it is best that boat captains can easily see you.

Secrets Aura Cozumel Accommodations
The accommodation choices at the Secrets Aura Cozumel are plentiful. With a total of 11 different room levels to choose from, it is important you speak directly with our travel agent to ensure you are getting the room you dream of . The Junior Suite Pool View is the base unit, but is still quit n ice. Rooms come standard with a King bed for 2 adults. At 550 square feet, they also have a nice sitting area. If you want more than a pool view, this room can be upgraded to include swim up pool access when you reserve the Junior Suite Swim-Up Pool View.
Not big on pools but want that ocean view? Yeah, me too. You are looking for the Junior Ocean View then. The rooms are larger at 750 square feet and include a furnished private terrace for compliment your ocean views. Oh, what’s that you say? You want ocean view and pool swim up access? Well lucky you! When you reserve the Junior Suite Swim-Up Ocean View room, that is exactly what you get!
Preferred Club
The remaining room choices are all part of the Secrets Aura Preferred Club. This includes a higher level of luxury for your stay. Besides your upgraded suite, you should expect access to an exclusive lounge, plus personal concierge service among other amenities.
When you decide to upgrade to the Preferred Superior Junior Suite you get a number of room selections: Tropical View, Ocean View, Ocean Front, and Swim-Up Ocean View. these rooms are all at 750 square feet and have a wonderful terrace for sunset views, plus upgraded bathrooms. .

Food & Drink at Secrets Aura Resort Cozumel
The culinary options at Secrets Aura Cozumel are sure to please. The varied and quite delicious. Please note some restaurants to require a dress code or reservations so be sure to check upon check-in. For example, the Barefoot Grill has a dress code of no beach attire. Showing off some rare French cuisine in the Caribbean, you’ll definitely ant o check out Bordeaux at least once during your stay. You can compliment this with sushi the next night at Gohan Sushi bar. For another fine dining experience, La Cava is a wine-cellar private dining experience. Don’t miss it!
Casual, open air restaurants are plentiful, too. The Market Cafe is an outdoor buffet which is sure to please, and naturally they have ocean side seafood at Oceana. Don’t miss Windows for some local Mayan selections and finally, find Coco Cafe early and you’ll find yourself there often.
An incredible five bars are located at Secrets Aura Cozumel. I think I already mentioned my favorite with the Sky Bar and Sushi, but don’t miss the Desires night club. Two swim-up bars are present – one is exclusively for Preferred Club members, though. Finally, you’ll be greeted at the Lobby bar called Rendezvous upon arrival.

When you are diving with Salty Endeavors and Secrets Aura all we ask you to do is show up on schedule. Our staff will have your gear ready on the boat before you arrive. From there you simply backroll onto the magical coral reefs of Cozumel and enjoy your dive. After dive one our staff will swap your air tank, plus have a dry towel and fresh fruit ready for you. Then again all you have to do is fall backwards into the water for us. After dive two we’ll drop you Secrets Aura Cozumel. Our staff will clean, dry, and safely secure your gear and have it ready to go for your next dive trip.
