Dive One

Site: Barracuda Wall
Max Depth: 100 feet
Dive Time: 40 minutes
Key Animals: Green Sea Turtle, Southern Stingray
Visibility: 100+ feet
Notes:  Captain Domingo has the day off as he wasn’t feeling well, but Captain willy sits in and we don’t miss a beat. This time we head north, it was perfectly flat, crystal clear that we can see the bottom at 70ft, Joe jumped first and was amazed by the water temp and calmness, Mike followed with his camera and spear. We finally got a lion fish! Then we saw a couple of turtles, one with big remoras. It is too deep to stay long so 40 minutes gives us a blast!

Dive Two

Site: Cantrell
Max Depth: 70 feet
Dive Time: 45 minutes
Key Animals: Lionfish, Lobster, Crab
Visibility: 100+ feet
Notes:  This second dive we want to get more lion fish – we nail them! Joe caught the first one and Mike another one. It was a good hunting dive, besides the reef was so beautiful. Big sponges and the wall is just spectacular – nice dive overall.

Dive Three

Site: Cantrell
Max Depth: 70 feet
Dive Time: 40 minutes
Key Animals: Lionfish, Nurse Shark
Visibility: 100+ feet
Notes:  After practice we organize the team. Frazier leads, Joe and Mike were at the sides, me at the tail of the group. We spot some fish here and there and the shark under the reef. Most importantly we got enough lion fish to fill up the bag – success!
